This May Be for You If...
You’ve done a lot of work already. You’re self-aware, spiritually grounded, and yet… something still feels stuck. You long for more than just insight — you want integration. You want to move forward, but with wisdom. And you’d rather not do it alone.
This space might be right for you if you:
-
Feel overwhelmed by emotional patterns you can’t seem to shift
-
Want to reconnect with your heart and your faith in a more authentic way
-
Are curious about Internal Family Systems (IFS) and want to go deeper
-
Are in a season of transition or inner reorientation
-
Long for a therapist who honors both psychology and the presence of God
How I Approach the Work
My style is relational, experiential, and grounded in both curiosity and compassion. I use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model as a framework for helping you understand the different parts of your inner world — the protective strategies, the wounds, and the God-given core of who you are.
You won’t be asked to perform, explain everything perfectly, or rush through your story. Instead, I’ll help you slow down, listen inward, and discover how to lead your inner life with clarity and courage.
While I personally draw from a Christian perspective, this isn’t pastoral counseling — I don’t have a theology degree, and I don’t assume where you stand spiritually. My work is grounded in deep psychological frameworks, and I honor the spiritual life of each client as it shows up. If you’re someone who longs to explore the integration of faith and emotional healing, I’m happy to hold space for that journey.
All sessions are virtual, and most clients prefer meeting weekly or biweekly depending on their goals.
What You Can Expect
Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place virtually. Most clients meet weekly or biweekly, depending on your season of life and availability. Whether you’re facing something tender or looking to deepen clarity and wholeness, I’ll meet you where you are — with care, structure, and grounded presence.
With 15+ years of experience, I’ve learned that real change doesn’t come from advice or insight alone — it comes from making space for what’s true beneath the surface. I’ll help you connect the dots in ways that make sense, while simplifying and integrating what’s been confusing or overwhelming.
Expect a balance of honest reflection, parts-based exploration, and deep respect for your spiritual journey. Some sessions may feel tender, others clarifying — but all of them are designed to help you experience more freedom, connection, and Self-leadership.
Licensing Note:
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Colorado, California, and Florida. If you live outside those states, I work under my credential as a certified life coach, offering the same depth and care, but with differing legal regulations.
A Note About Confidentiality
Because trust is sacred in this kind of work, I don’t share testimonials from individual therapy clients. This space is deeply personal — and your story deserves full confidentiality, not promotion.
That said, across 15+ years of working with clients and groups, certain patterns show up again and again:
“I felt seen.”
“This helped me reconnect with my true self.”
“I finally started healing, not just understanding.”
These aren’t direct quotes — just echoes of the kind of change this work can create.
If you’re curious whether this might be right for you, I’d be honored to connect.
Let's Work Together
